Tough one, really depends on what you're interested in. Picking stocks, understanding personalities, theory. Personal or professional. Capital Returns and Expectations investing are very useful frameworks to understand markets. Man Who Solved the Market: how do I build an organization of highly capable people as an insider-outsider.. Great Depression Diary is interesting for the history nerds..
I have a finance background, but I'm really just looking for the 5-star books. They could be about anything. (I'm currently reading Hardy's Far from the Madding Crowd, Mike Gray's Angle of Attack, and Anil Ananthaswamy's Why Machines Learn)
If you have a list of favourites, other than from this bookshelf too, would love to know.
I love this window on your bookshelf! We read such wildly different stuff.
Hope your move goes well!
I'm too many seas away from NYC to be able to partake in that treasure, especially the hardbacks, but would love to know your top 3 here.
